Problem:

The boot button falls out leaving you without any access to the boot. A poor quality seal is used by the manufacture, a key part of the design that stops the boot button falling out. The wrong materials have been used allowing the seal to perish overtime and eventually stop the button from staying locked in.

Symptoms:

No access to your boot due to the button having disappeared!
