IP addresses

When you request a page from ukarauto.com our servers log your IP address. We use it to diagnose server problems and administer the site; it is never used to identify you personally.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data your browser stores on your device. We use them to keep your cart and preferences and to personalise your shopping experience. We do not allow advertisers or third parties to use our cookies for their own purposes.

Personal information

When you order we collect your name, address, email, phone and payment details to process and ship the order and to contact you about it. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal; we never store full card numbers. We may email you about offers; every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to support@ukarauto.com.

Removing your information

You can ask us to delete your personal information once all transactions and deliveries are complete. Copies may remain in backups kept for tax records and disaster recovery.

Security

All data is transferred over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and stored behind firewalls, accessible only to authorised staff bound by confidentiality agreements.
