Domestic orders (USA)

Orders ship from Alexandria, Virginia by UPS or USPS. In-stock items normally leave the warehouse within one business day; you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. Large items such as wheels, bumpers and body panels ship by UPS Ground or freight and may take an extra day to pack.

International orders

We ship worldwide. Freight is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Duties, VAT and any import fees are charged by your country and are the responsibility of the buyer; they are not included in our prices. International and special orders are final sale.

Damaged shipments

If a package arrives obviously damaged you may refuse delivery, or accept it and contact us for a replacement. Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the box and the part. Please keep the packaging and the part as delivered until the claim is settled.
