Returns & Refunds
30-day returns
If you are not satisfied with a part you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact Customer Service first: all returns must be pre-authorised. Once authorised, ship the item within 5 days.
Conditions
- Items must be new, unused and in resellable condition, with all original parts, packaging and manuals.
- Items showing installation, abuse, alteration, accident damage or negligence cannot be refunded.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; return postage is paid by the buyer.
- A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns that arrive in the wrong condition or without the original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.
- Custom and special orders, and products not purchased from UKAR AUTO, cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. The original item must be received and inspected before the replacement ships; shipping costs and any price difference are the buyer's responsibility.
Cancellations
Unshipped orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours a 5% cancellation fee applies. Email support@ukarauto.com to cancel.
