While in many cases we are able to do that and actually do that, there is no 100% guarantee or commitment that we can match any price offered by our competitors, however our team is always looking for the new ways for customers satisfaction and making everything to show them their importance.
All international orders require payment for product in advance. Because of huge variety of rate differences and depending on which type of product you have ordered, the freight fees will also vary. Please consider that all the international orders must have the phone number. UKARAUTO has no abilities or rights to control both value added and duty taxes. They are under the customer’s responsibility. All the international sales and special orders are final.
In case you have received an obviously damaged package, you have two options: to refuse from the delivery and return the order to UKARAUTO parts or to contact the customer support of the shop in order to replace the product. In both cases be ready to provide the detailed information about the damaged delivery and provide high- quality photographs if you are able to. The package and parts should be kept as close to the condition in which you were delivered them as possible. Your carrier can ask you for physical inspection of the package. In case the package is absent, your claim will be voided. - UKARAUTO offers a 60 Day Warranty within which the product can be backed. In case the part fails due to the manufacturing defects during the guaranteed period of use, we will replace it free of charge excluding the shipping charges.
- Products under warranty are replaced and the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges.

UKARAUTO wants each customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If not, we will do all the best to make the product return or to exchange it as fast and easy as possible. Returns within 30 days
- In case you are not satisfied with ordered item, please feel free to return it within 30 days since receiving it for the full refund.
- Customer Service must pre- authorize all the returns. Before you decide to return your order, please contact UKARAUTO Customer Service via phone at 1 844 344- 1177 or via email at email@example.com.
- As soon as the Customer Service has approved your request, you may return the item.
- All the products must be returned in their original packaging within first five days after your claim submission in new and re- sellable condition.
- Products must be returned and are accepted only in their original condition with no abuse, alterations, accidents or negligence. Proper maintenance is a strictly required item.
- Customer must return all the parts of an order: packaging materials, parts and instruction manuals. The price of any missing part will be taken from your refund amount.
- Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable and all the return shipping costs are under the buyer responsibility.
- In order to avoid the damage of the parts, make sure they are safely packed. We recommend you do that when you return the order.
- Please take it seriously that items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and in original packaging.
- UKARAUTO has the right to reject products refunding if the requirements of returning are not met.
- UKARAUTO is making all the best to provide the deepest customer satisfaction possible. We will make effort to refund and replace any defected part quickly and easy for buyer. However, we still reserve the right to charge up to 20% of the order for restocking. 20% restocking fee may take place if product is returned not in the original packaging and in wrong condition.
- UKARAUTO will inspect all the items you return us. We need from 3 to 5 business days to examine the product an process your order refund.
- Items received damaged will NOT be refunded.
Returns of special orders are NOT accepted. Orders for custom parts and special orders especially those ordered on buyer request CAN NOT be returned.
Once our team have received your return, conducted its inspection and verified that all the requirements are met a refund will be given to you. All applicable sales takes will also be refunded by our company. The cost of shipping will be credited only in case the return is the result of UKARAUTO mistake. C.O.D. shipments are NOT accepted just as incorrectly shipped to our company items (without box, original order info, etc.). Products purchased not from UKARAUTO will NOT be accepted.
- Exchanges can be implemented within 30 days. All the shipping costs are under buyer’s responsibility.
- Exchanged item will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the original order.
- All price differences are under buyer’s responsibility also.
Cancelling your order
