Problem

The swirl flap may be ingested into the cylinder and the resulting damage will be to the engine and turbo(s).

Solution

The best solution is to remove the swirl flap and fit our blanking plug. Our plastic blank is manufactured from reinforced plastic thats designed for automotive use. This can be a job for a competent DIYer or any trained mechanic can install them. Simply remove the manifold, chop up the swirl flaps bar into 4 pcs, remove the bushing and push the plug in!
