Problem:
Due to the suspension becoming inactive or problematic customers are unable to use their vehicle. Poor quality seals are used on the piston causing the efficiency to drop significantly. Overtime the filters also become saturated again hampering efficiency. The compressor will go faulty over a period of time rather than overnight, As the parts get more worn you will notice increase in times taken to lift the vehicle and fault codes will begin appearing.

Symptoms:
Air suspension rising slowly or not at all, compressor noisy or buzzing. EAS ambler light on. Suspension level or height errors on the OBD.

Fault Codes:
C1A20, C1A1364,C50, C1A20-64

Solution:
I6automotive has manufactured a cost effective solution that will completely overhaul the compressor unit. We have used or skills to manufacture a replacement ring, piston ring and glide ring using far better materials then the originals. This is to ensure that the vehicle will never see this problem again. We have also manufactured some new filters with a slightly different density to it so they don't get saturated as quickly and of course, some replacement dryer beads. To make life easier we also decided to manufacturer a new seating ring, this ring needs to be taken off to replace the piston seal and can sometimes get damaged. So not to worry, you will have a spare one handy just in case.
