Brand New, Genuine Land Rover Part.The hood switch problem on Land Rover vehicles has become so common, Land Rover has revised this part to combine the passenger/right side switch/sensor and latch together. A hood switch alone is no longer available separate.This new setup replaces the right/passenger side hood latch. When the sensor fails, the "Bonnet Open" dash light may stay on or the alarm intermittently sounds for no apparent reason.
