Problem:

Vivaros, Trafics, Primastar all have a common issue of the driver suddenly being unable to change gears.

This is down to the nylon bush on the gear selector wearing down and popping off related to the following part numbers:
93198347 7701477671 7701473971 4432979 7701477672 112883 34828 4432979 93198015 8201283105

Suitable for :
All 5 and 6 speed gearboxes have the same gear cables :
Any Vivaro 2001 Onwards
Any Trafic 2001 Onwards
Any Primastar 2001 Onwards

Symptoms:

You will suddenly be unable to select a gear. If you look inside the engine bay you will see the nylon bush on the gear selector hanging off.

Fault Codes:

There are no associated fault codes with this symptom.

Solution:

We have manufactured a simple bracket that will fit onto the gear linkage and stop the nylon bush from coming off ever again.

Kit Contents:

X1 Gear linkage Clamp to stop nylon bush from popping off.
